The candidate has 5 previous job experiences however, all of them are bundled into one liners. And below every job position/company — he has given 3 major contributions or achievements which made him stand out from the rest of his colleagues & the industry.

His Resume is 5 pages long with enough and more information that gives you a complete snapshot of the candidate with each and every question answered.
His Resume is only 1 page with only the highlights but leaves a lot to be desired as the information shared — though less, shows potential & piques interest.
