And if you think I am wrong — look at all those people who are spending Billions of Dollars on the supplement, dieting, exercise & fitness industry…. why is it eventually the majority of them gain back all the weight they once lost?
Think about it and yeah…. give me your justifiable reasons.
I am a person who has always battled weight loss & weight gain — from the highs of 125kgs to the lows of 69kgs throughout my life. I have tried every possible diet, every possible supplement, every possible exercise and every possible steroid there is. Now, agreed, you shouldn’t go to such extremes…..but the fact remains…you gain weight by eating food. And NOT by just doing exercises or being selective about what you eat.
