The 7 Most Common Objections I Face…..And My Answers…

Everyone has their own style of handling objections.
Some like to grovel.
Some like to be sweet and nice.
Some like to be smart & logical — while trying to corner the customer.
And then there are people like me who believe — the customer is not a someone worth chasing. Either the deal happens as grown ups or its best to move on.
Here is how I handle objections & closes.
Let me know what you think about my style of dealing with clients. I am 100% sure this is not the manner in which most would deal with customers — especially if you are starting your business or if you want business desperately. But given that I know my value and what I offer — this is how I deal with customers.
THE 7 OBJECTIONS (Plus added bonus situations)
- Your price is too high
- I don’t have the budget or I don’t have enough money
- Can you guarantee me 100% results?
- Give me my price for this project. Next project we will do it at your price?
- I’m pretty okay where I am right now.
- Can I get back to you later.
- My partner/spouse is the main decision maker & he/she is not convinced
- SITUATION #1
*If the customer doesn’t pick up my phone or answer the emails or ignores my chat messages* - SITUATION #2
*if the customer or client gives me a particular date and keep postponing the date* - SITUATION #3
*if the client is playing games*
My answers to such objections….

I DON’T HAVE THE BUDGET/I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY
My response
I understand. Goodbye.
************************************
CAN YOU GUARANTEE ME 100% RESULTS?
My response
If you can guarantee me you will do exactly what I tell you to do and achieve 100% of the results I expect you to achieve.
************************************
GIVE ME MY PRICE FOR THIS PROJECT & NEXT PROJECT WE WILL DO IT AT YOUR PRICE.
My response
Who has seen tomorrow? I may die or maybe you may never need this service tomorrow. So lets meet half way — neither your price nor mine.
************************************
I’M PRETTY OKAY WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW
My response
Good bye. Take care.
************************************
CAN I GET BACK TO YOU LATER
My response
Let’s zero down on a specific date & time so that we avoid a goose chase. Give me a specific date & time and let’s close this deal — that is only if you are 100% sure or its you and me wasting each others time.

MY PARTNER/SPOUSE IS THE MAIN DECISION MAKER & HE/SHE IS NOT CONVINCED
My response
Hahahhaa…. Take care buddy.

SITUATION #1
*If the customer doesn’t pick up my phone or answer the emails or ignores my chat messages*
My response
Hi X,
I sent you 2 other emails/messages.
There was no response.
Either you are not interested or you are busy — which I perfectly understand.
Tell you what — If you are interested in closing the deal — let me know what do I need to do from my side to make it a happen.
Either way, its always good to receive a response.
You take care.

SITUATION #2
*if the customer or client gives me a particular date and keeps postponing the date*
My response
Hi X,
We had 2 confirmed dates for the meeting. Both got cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
However, I firmly believe when something is of priority — it rarely if ever becomes an option.
Give me a date where our meeting is a priority and not an option.

SITUATION #3
*if the client is playing games*
My response
About the deal — Tell me what is bothering you, we can address it and get a solution to it. If you are not 100% sure — tell me what needs to be done to make you feel you are getting a worthwhile deal. If its okay with me, I’ll tell you about it. And if its not, I’ll give you a counter offer. Either way — lets make it happen — if that is what you want.
If not — lets shake hands and close this issue.
