Most people have a very regimented schedule:

  • wake up in the morning,
  • rush to get their children ready for school
  • rush to work
  • a rush to get clients
  • rush to have lunch
  • rush to get the kids from school & drop them to their extra-curricular activities
  • rush back to work
  • rush to complete the day’s job
  • rush to get the children back home and before you know it….
  • plonk dead tired on the bed and get ready the next day….

However, there are a few like me who have a rather different work-life balance. This is my routine which many people find rather Bizarre & strange… but to me, I consider normal.

Read and let me know your thoughts.

The 10 Step Bizarre Routine Of A Eccentric Personality (Updated since April 2018)

WAKE UP ANYTIME
I choose not to keep an alarm clock because I believe my body should wake up when its sleep is done with.

HUGGY WUGGY PILLOW TIME
After waking up, my wife & hug each other for 10 minutes. I let her say whatever she wants to say. Most of the time she shares with me a dream that she had. Now a days, she guides my hand to her over-sized tummy to let me feel the baby

RELAXATION TIME
My wifey gives me a massage for 10 minutes while I relax. She either massages my head or my feet. Now for westerners or feminists this maybe horrifying unacceptable. But given that my wife comes from a simple Thai village life, a wife being able to take care of her husband is considered her duty and honor.

BUSINESS UPDATES
While my wifey is massaging my feet or head — I just quickly browse through my smart phone to see if I have any important business emails (I love the money that comes in). If that is not there, then I switch over to watch my favorite youtube channels or check for business updates.

BODY-WASH TIME
I have my ice-cold morning shower for the next 10 minutes while watching my youtube channels or listening to my educational programs. And while I have a shower, I make sure I take care of myself and pamper myself to a relaxing shower — all with perfumed body washes to facial scrubs to anything else.

AH…THE SMELL OF ESPRESSO…
Then comes my morning espresso (no sugar) which I must have in order to feel energized & active. This is without a doubt my Red-Bull for the day.

FUN TIME
Next comes playing my online video games (Dominations, Cash Inc, Idle Miner Tycoon). I play my video games for the next one hour while sipping on my hot espresso (no sugar) and get my brains to wake up.

EXERCISE TIME
Once I feel my hunger & temptation to play my online game is taken care off, I get ready to go for my ‘afternoon’ exercise. This involves either running 3kms or doing 10x100 meters run or 10x50 meters + Squats & Pushups in the blazing hot sun. The benefit of this activity is that is that it increases my heart-rate, pushes me physically, mentally makes me tougher to ‘not-give-up’ even when the going gets tough. This takes me around 30 minutes to complete

COOL DOWN TIME
Once the exercise session is over — I do not immediately end my session. I focus on cooling down for the next 10 to 15 minutes, to get a good stretch and ensure that I am taking care of my body, the joints and I am also relaxing my mind. And while I am doing this — I let the dogs play around me (I have 3 dogs and 3 new puppies)

MEDITATION & GET READY FOR WORK
Once my stretching session is over, I once again head for a shower, get fresh and then sit down to meditate and relax. During this session, I just allow myself to let go and think about what is next for the day. This is when I start doing my work and thinking about what lies ahead for me — be it business, my brand or my personal challenges to learn, grow and update myself.

This is how I live my life — each and every moment to the fullest.

What do you think about it?
