Primary Goal: Look Sexy, Muscular, Hot & Strong

Build Mass & Muscle
Strategy: Eat anytime, anything & anywhere
Favorite Foods: KFC, Pizza, Burger King, Chocolates, Ice-Creams
Must Have: Eggs, Milk & Meat
Most Ridiculous Meal Habit: Have 36 eggs per day
Surprise Nutrition Information: I discovered I could eat more without putting on weight!
Portions Mix:
33% Protein, 33% Fat & 33% Carbs
Body Weight: 55kgs
Health Issues: None

My Age: 29 to 34 years old

Phase: Powerlifting & Weight Gain
Primary Goal: Look Big, Heavy, Strong, Powerful & Invincible
Dietary Requirements:
High Protein, High Fat & High Carbs
Strategy: Eat 3 peoples food 5 times a day
Favorite Foods: Red & White Meat, Protein Shakes, Eggs
Must Have: Bodybuilding Supplements & Shakes
Most Ridiculous Meal Habit: Binge in an All you can eat Buffet
Surprise Nutrition Information: I could 2 full pieces of chicken at a single sitting. Eating more became a statement of my identity.
Portions Mix: 50% Protein, 30% Fat & 20% Carbs

Health Issues: Cholesterol, Blood Pressure

My Age: 34 to 36 years old

Phase: Retirement from Exercise
Primary Goal: Enjoy Life

Anything & everything when hungry
Strategy: Eat whenever hungry & Binge eat especially when working
Favorite Foods: Junk Foods, Chocolates, Ice-Creams, Red Bull, Pizza, Arabic, Indian, Chinese & Lebanese Foods especially at restaurants & All Processed Foods
Must Have: Tons of snacks at home filled in the cupboards & fridge
Most Ridiculous Meal Habit: Every meeting personal or business consisted of eating out. Eat while watching a movie. Eat all the way until I would sleep. Eat while traveling. Keep eating & trying new foods.
Surprise Nutrition Information: I could eat non-stop while watching a movie or while doing work.
Portions Mix: 50% Carbs, 40% Fat & 10% Protein
Body Weight: 100kgs
Health Issues: Cholesterol, Blood Pressure & Borderline Diabetes

Primary Goal: Be Fast, Healthy, Light & Focus on High Performance

Strategy: Small portions before & after exercise, 5 days a week strict & 2 days binge eat.
Favorite Foods: Fruits, Vegetables, Home cooked meals, Arabic & Lebanese Foods
Must Have: Supplements for Peak Performance especially fast acting carbs
Most Ridiculous Meal Habit: Eat smart until exercise session & then eat whatever I wanted later
Surprise Nutrition Information: I learnt the power of playing around with my body weight with Intermittent fasting & dieting. Espresso got introduced into my life.
Portions Mix: 50% Carbs, 25% Fat & 25% Protein
Body Weight: 80kgs to 90kgs (kept fluctuating)

Most Ridiculous Meal Habit: Eat whenever I feel like. Food was all around. Ice-Cream, Chocolates & Snacks were main
Surprise Nutrition Information: No matter what I eat — I was simply packing on more and more weight — which really worried me. Irregular eating & sleeping habits. And yes — tons of coffee.

My Age: 40 onwards…..(after Bariatric Surgery)

Eat Healthy for disease free life
Strategy: Freshly cooked home made food freshly cooked & eaten immediately
Favorite Foods: Soups, Fresh Fruits, Green Vegetables, Meat & Fish
Must Have: Snacks while working
Most Ridiculous Meal Habit: Black Coffee or Espresso is a must.
Surprise Nutrition Information: Started to eat spicy foods & more of Thai foods which are more of forest or agriculture produce. Enjoy eating vegetarian food more.
Portions Mix: 30% Carbs, 30% Fat & 35% Protein
Body Weight: 79kgs
Health Issues: Low Blood Pressure if I do not eat on time.
